Lt. General Arjun Ray is a graduate from the prestigious Staff College at Camberlay, UK, and served as the country's Deputy Military Advisor in London. In his last assignment, he commanded the newly raised 14 Corps in Ladakh. Major Sunil Dagar (Retd.)
An astute and result oriented professional with over 15 years of demonstrated success both with the Indian Armed forces and corporate. An alumnus of MDI Gurgaon, Symbiosis Pune, and Officers’ Training Academy, he has served in the insurgency and high altitude areas. He is one of the very few expert ammunition technical officers (ATO) in the country. He has been conferred twice with a gold medal by the Governor of Haryana for overall excellence at school and also awarded a gold medal for the best officer to be commissioned in the Army Ordnance Corps.

Captain Supriya a seasoned trainer with vast experience in leading soldiers in arduous terrain and managing logistics. Having served as a training officer, she effortlessly stitches life skills into her programs. She is certified as “Advance Facilitator” by Project Adventure (USA), certified Master “Train the Trainer” from Bodhih Training Solutions (India), DiSC certified from Strengthscape (India), certified scuba diver (PADI, open water, South Africa) and certified skydiver from South African School for Skydiving. Her adventurous disposition has led her to accomplish numerous treks including the lower Himalayan hiking camps. With over 4 years with Tata Steel Adventure Foundation, He has hands on experience in outdoor leadership programs with varied corporate and B school clients. With experience from Inme, Altitude Expedition Pvt. Ltd. in school programs and at NIM as a guest instructor. He is a passionate experiential trainer.

Mr Mitesh Singh, a graduate in commerce,has a wide range of experience in corporate and adventure. Having worked with Genpact for seven years in Risk Management and CAT modelling. He has varied experience in training and other aspects of individual and team development.
His unmatched passion for travelling and outdoors inspired him transition into the field of adventure based training. He has been instrumental in setting up a company involved in eco tourism in Uttarakhand. He has also organized and conducted trekking expeditions for schools and corporations in Uttarakhand.
He is a qualified mountaineer, certified in basic mountaineering course from NIM, Uttarkashi and also a green belt certified six sigma quality. He is an avid traveler, having travelled extensively the length and breadth of the country he brings a fine blend cultural heritage, sense of belonging and oneness in the programmes.
Ms Rama Thakur

Ms. Rama is an experienced mountaineer and ropes course expert. She is certified in outdoor leadership certification in Basic and Advance Mountaineering, Method of Instruction & Grass Skiing Course from Atal Bihari Vajpayee Institute of Mountaineering and Allied Sports, Manali. She was awarded Best Trainee in Basic and Advance Mountaineering Courses.
She has over 4 years of experience as a Visiting Instructor at ABVIMAS Manali, 3 years of experience as Outdoor Instructor at INME. She also participated in Golden Jubilee Expedition organized by ABVIMAS to Mt. Leo Pargial (6791 M.), Second Highest Peak in Himachal Pradesh, Zaskar Range, Kinnaur, (H.P). Among other peaks scaled by her are Mt. Friendship (5290 M) at Manali (H.P) and Mt. Yunam (6111 M) at Lahaul and Spiti Valley (H.P).
Amongst other credentials, she has also worked as a consultant for 4 years with D2 Consult ICT JV, engaged with “Border Road Organization” for the construction of Rohtang Pass Highway Tunnel (8.8KM) the longest tunnel at an altitude above 3000M.
